Delivery Manager - Data & Analytics

We are hiring a Delivery Manager - Data and Digital Analytics (8-12 years) with deep technical expertise in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Automation, and modern data platforms to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale data and digital analytics projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technology professional with strong technical skills, end-to-end project delivery, client management, and team leadership skills. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, and Automation projects.
• Architect scalable, high-performance data platforms and pipelines.
• Mentor and lead Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and Automation Engineers.
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices, governance, and reusable frameworks.
• Partner with clients to design technology solutions and lead technical discussions.
• Build and optimise data pipelines, dashboards, and automation solutions using modern technologies.
• Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
• Drive innovation through automation and emerging technologies.
