We build and operate integrated POS (NPOS), digital signage CMS (NSIGNAGE), and table-ordering solutions for restaurant and retail chains across Singapore, Malaysia and the region.\nResponsibilities\nLead the software development team and own the technical roadmap for NPOS, NSIGNAGE CMS and table-ordering products\nArchitect, develop and review cloud-based, multi-tenant software and APIs, including POS, payment and third-party integrations\nDrive development of new products, including Linux-based CMS player software and sensor-driven interactive signage\nSet engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, release management and system reliability\nManage cloud infrastructure, data security and support SLAs, working with support and sales teams on customer projects\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies, including AI tools, to improve products and development productivity\nHire, mentor and evaluate developers;
