Responsibilities\nOversee and manage the day-to-day engineering operations and ensure smooth execution of projects and maintenance activities.\nLead and supervise the engineering team, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site personnel.\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor engineering works to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required standards.\nReview engineering plans, drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve technical and operational issues.\nMonitor project progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material requirements.\nEnsure all engineering works comply with relevant Singapore regulations, safety requirements, codes, and company procedures.\nProvide technical guidance and support to the engineering and operations teams when required.\nIdentify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.\nMonitor project costs and assist management in controlling operational and engineering expenses.\nEnsure proper preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out for engineering systems and equipment.\nReview and approve technical reports, inspection reports, progress reports, and other engineering documentation.\nConduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, safety, and compliance.\nManage and coordinate emergency, breakdown, and urgent engineering works when required.\nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures and improve engineering work processes.\nAssist management in manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of engineering personnel.\nMaintain good working relationships with clients and other stakeholders.\nPrepare regular operational and management reports for senior management.\nPerform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 8 years of relevant engineering/operations experience, preferably with experience in the building services, electrical engineering, M&E, construction, facilities management, or maintenance industry.\nProven experience in managing engineering teams and overseeing multiple projects or operational activities.\nStrong knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance practices, project coordination, and site operations.\nGood understanding of Singapore workplace safety requirements and relevant statutory regulations.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.\nAble to manage manpower, resources, schedules, and project priorities effectively.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.\nAble to work independently under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/project management software.\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nRelevant professional certifications or registration with local authorities/professional bodies will be an advantage.\nWilling to travel to project sites and work outside normal hours when required.\nSingapore driving license will be an advantage.\nSkills\nProject Monitoring, coordinate and communicate
