This position creates, produces, directs, shoots, writes, and edits high-quality video/photo content to support the College’s marketing, recruitment, and public relations efforts. Video/photo projects are developed for various platforms, including the web, social media, recruitment events, training, and external marketing. Additionally, this role manages video/photo assets, maintains production equipment, and collaborates with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.\nPlease Note: Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required throughout the year to support college events and activities.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nThe following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job duties satisfactorily and successfully with or without reasonable accommodation.\nVideo/Photo Production & Content Creation:\nProvide project coordination, including planning, writing, directing, filming, and editing professional video/photo content and social media content.\nOperate video/photo cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software to produce high-quality video/photo content aligned with College initiatives. \nWrite video scripts and develop storyboards to guide production. \nOrganize and manage video/photo shoots, contributing to the College’s video and photo libraries and archives. \nProduce video/photo assets that enhance brand consistency across media. \nSchedule and conduct interviews with faculty, staff, students and external partners. \nProject Management & Collaboration:\nMeet with internal stakeholders to determine project goals and video/photo needs. \nDevelop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. \nCollaborate with Marketing team members to distribute content across web and social media platforms, as well as print and design. \nAssist with the development of radio and television advertising content. \nTechnology & Equipment Maintenance:\nMaintain and update video/photo and audio software and hardware, ensuring functionality and alignment with industry standards. \nSchedule and perform routine maintenance of video/photo production equipment. \nAdditional Experience Information:\nProven ability to script, edit, and produce video/photo content that aligns with messaging objectives. \nStrong visual storytelling skills, including video production, lighting, photography, and graphic design. \nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video/photo editing software. \nKnowledge of multimedia production, video compression, and post-production techniques. \nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nMinimum Qualifications Required\nIn limited circumstances, NTC may consider a combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position.\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree\nBachelor’s Degree in Related field.\nExperience: 4 Years\nAdditional Experience Information:\nProven ability to script, edit, and produce video/photo content that aligns with messaging objectives. \nStrong visual storytelling skills, including video production, lighting, photography, and graphic design. \nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video/photo editing software. \nKnowledge of multimedia production, video compression, and post-production techniques. \nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nIn order to perform the functions and responsibilities of the position (listed above) the following knowledge, skills, and abilities, including language skills, reasoning and mathematical abilities are essential.\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read, write, analyze and interpret complex documents;
