priorities of both the Truckee Chamber and North Tahoe Chamber.\nImprove efficiency by centralizing program administration.\nShared Workforce Development Coordinator\nCore Responsibilities\nYouth Workforce Development\nContinue TNT Tech Teens in Truckee and expand the program into North Lake Tahoe.\nContinue the Futurepreneurs Program, with an emphasis on expanding participation among North Lake Tahoe youth.\nServe as the primary contact for school and educator partnerships.\nLead employer recruitment and coordination for youth workforce programs.\nLead student outreach and communications.\nManage program logistics, evaluation, and reporting.\nLeadership & Community Engagement\nServe as the program manager for the North Lake Tahoe Truckee Leadership Program, including: Program coordination, including scheduling, curriculum administration, and speaker engagement.\n Participant recruitment\n Program evaluation and improvements\n Coordinate alumni engagement activities for the Truckee North Tahoe Leadership Program.\n Coordinate sponsorship outreach, recognition, and fulfillment for the North Tahoe Lake Truckee Leadership Program.\n\nManage the Next Level Leadership Program partnership.\nWorkforce Development Initiatives\nManage the Destination Champion Program for Truckee and North Tahoe\nManage the Truckee North Tahoe Jobs Collective.\nCoordinate two regional job fairs annually.\nSupport employer outreach for regional workforce initiatives.\nMaintain and share regional workforce resources and referral information.\nCollect program data and support grant, Regional Workforce Development Coordinator\nCompensation & Schedule\n$30-$35 per hour, depending on experience.\nPart-time, non-exempt position averaging 20-25 hours per week.\nBenefits\nFlexible work schedule, with a combination of in-office, remote, and regional field-based work as program needs allow.\nPaid sick leave in accordance with California law.\nProrated paid time off and paid holidays, Destination Champion program.\nManage the Truckee North Tahoe Jobs Collective.\nCoordinate two regional job fairs annually.\nHelp produce an annual regional workforce impact
