岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.协助健全公司知识产权和商业秘密保护体系，处理公司的应诉和诉讼事务;
2.参与企业的投资、融资、租赁、资产转让、股改等涉及企业权益的重要经营活动的准备工作，并处理相关的法律事务;
3.审核企业合同中的法律条款并提供相关信息及法律服务。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、一本及以上学历，一年以上相关公司法律经验或优秀应届生;
2、熟悉证券法、公司法及其他相关法律条款，对企业诉讼流程有较为深入的了解。
