岗位职责 / Responsibilities

职位描述

1、协助部门经理组织建设项目设计方案的审查和评估;

2、协助部门经理组织施工图会审，设计变更等工作;

3、负责施工全过程管理; 负责施工团队管理工作;

4、协助部门经理完成公司新建土建、安装及维修、技改等工程项目专业技术管理工作;

5、办理相关建设手续，做好对外协调工作;

6、服务、配合公司各部门施工改善需求，满足生产、生活需要;

7、做好所负责项目相应工程量审核、工程预决算、审计等对接工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

职位要求

1、本科以上，土木工程、桥梁、测绘、建筑电气、给排水等建筑类相关专业，3年及以上相关工作经验优先;

2、掌握安全管理、现场管理、工程预决算、专业软件应用、基建工程招标有关法规和程序，熟悉基建施工图纸、质量监管、竣工验收、固定资产登记、工程材料归档。
