\n8、开展员工工艺培训，监督生产现场严格按照工艺标准执行。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，机械、材料、化工、工业工程等相关专业; \n2、具备制造业工艺、制程或现场技术相关经验; \n3、熟悉生产工艺管理、异常分析及工艺改善基本方法; \n4、能够运用5Why、鱼骨图等工具进行问题分析，有DOE、SPC等应用经验者优先; \n5、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据识别异常并推动改善;
