Job Description: NTIS Pakistan is a translation and interpreting agency serving legal firms, public sector organizations, foreign missions, NGOs, and local government departments. We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial operations and reporting for our professional services business in Islamabad. The successful candidate will maintain reliable accounting records, help ensure timely processing of financial transactions, and provide clear information to support management decisions. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and account schedules. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice review, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances. Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, tax documentation, and audit preparation. Maintain organized financial records and support compliance with applicable accounting standards and company procedures.
