This position delivers comprehensive technical support both remotely and on-site, serving as a key escalation point for complex issues. Staff augmentation assignments may vary, requiring placement at client sites from one day per week to full-time onsite support, depending on client needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt swiftly to diverse environments.\nAdditionally, the Systems Administrator II provides onsite technical support to clients on a recurring or non-recurring basis, with responsibilities including the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of clients' network infrastructure.
