Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development, microservices architecture, Azure services, CI/CD, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications.

- Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, and responsive web applications using React JS.

- Drive technical design discussions and enforce development best practices.

- Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and product teams.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

- Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and microservices transformation initiatives.

- Ability to work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Experience With Azure Services Including :

1. Azure App Services

2. Azure Functions

3. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

4. Azure Service Bus

5. Azure Blob Storage

6. Azure Key Vault

7. Azure DevOps

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, design patterns, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems.

- Experience with databases such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven messaging platforms.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Microsoft Azure Certifications :

1. AZ-204 : Azure Developer Associate

2. AZ-305 : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

3. AZ-104 : Azure Administrator Associate

- Experience with Redux and front-end testing frameworks.

- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

- Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and microservices transformation initiatives.
