Обязанности:
  • создание и ведение сквозного процесса управления жизненного цикла резины для ВЗД - от закупки сырья и разработки рецептуры до внедрения в серийное производство и контроля при аренде
  • разработка и ведение проекта по повышению износостойкости резины до 450 часов и более
  • организация испытания новых перспективных резин на различных типах буровых растворов, при разных температурах
  • организация обратной связи с поставщиками (при отказах особенно) с разработкой корректирующих мер
Требования:
  • высшее техническое образование
  • опыт работы в сфере нефтесервиса или производства винтовых двигателей/резинотехнических изделий от 5 лет
  • опыт внедрения новых материалов от тестирования до серийного производства (желательно)
  • опыт работы с российскими заводами по производству резинотехнических изделий (желательно)
  • уверенное владение Excel, SQL или BL-инструментами

  • работа в надежной, стабильно развивающейся компании
