Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Associate Applications Consultant/ Implementation Specialist is an entry level role within the Enterprise Applications Consulting/Specialists job family.\nThis role assists with less complex projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology and information.\nUnder the guidance of more senior consultants, this role assists with the modernization of infrastructure, enablement of more efficient operations, promoting accountability and optimization performance while using the best tools, techniques, products and services.\nKey responsibilities:\nWorks under supervision of an assigned mentor.\nAssists with the completion of less complex tasks and activities.\nProvides required project administration and documentation.\nAssists with the execution of functional testing of less complex assigned applications.\nEngages in delivery projects, supporting the lifecycle of enterprise application projects.\nAssists with project implementation.\nAssists with technical preparation of business process workflows and procedures.\nAssists with the preparation of end-user documentation and user manuals.\nParticipates in process design workshops and configuration discussions.\nContinually develops skills as an Enterprise Applications Consultant/Implementation Specialist and gains business knowledge.\nKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:\nHas basic problem-solving and analytical skills.\nHas good interpersonal skills.\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written).\nGood creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts.\nBasic knowledge of systems, software and programing languages.\nAbility to focus on detail with excellent client service orientation.\nAbility to manage urgent and difficult tasks simultaneously\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.\nEnterprise application-specific certifications preferred.\nCertification in one functional area of application preferred.\nRequired experience:\nEntry level demonstrated Enterprise Applications Consultant experience in one or more applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).\nEntry level demonstrated experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post go-live.\nEntry level demonstrated experienced in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation of enterprise applications.\nEntry level demonstrated client engagement experience.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
