The successful candidate will facilitate requirement gathering, system analysis, project coordination, and communication to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary liaison between Korean customers and development teams in Vietnam.\nGather, analyze, and clarify business and system requirements from Korean stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements, technical specifications, and project documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese.\nWork closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Customers throughout the software development lifecycle.\nConduct requirement analysis, create functional specifications, use cases, and system design documents.\nSupport estimation, planning, and project tracking activities.\nCoordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions with customers and internal teams.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively communicate mitigation plans.\nSupport testing activities including UAT, defect clarification, and acceptance criteria validation.\nEnsure customer expectations, requirements, and deliverables are clearly understood by all stakeholders.\nAssist in pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and proposal preparation when required.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nKorean language proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 or above (Level 6 preferred).\nProficiency in English for business communication.\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience in Software Development, Business Analysis, System Engineering, or Bridge System Engineering roles.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.\nExperience in requirement analysis, system design, and project coordination.\nAbility to interpret and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.\nWillingness to work with overseas customers and multicultural teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience working with Korean clients or offshore development projects.\nHands-on experience in one or more technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Angular, Mobile Development, Cloud Technologies, or Data Solutions.\nExperience in Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, ERP, or Enterprise Application projects.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.\nExperience working in a global IT services company.\nRequired Skills\nKorean Communication\nBusiness Analysis & Requirement Management\nStakeholder Management\nSystem Analysis & Documentation\nProject Coordination\nAgile/Scrum Methodology\nRisk & Issue Management\nCross-cultural Communication\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
