Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Manager, Service/Product Offer Management is a senior management role, responsible for developing, owning and driving product and service strategies.\nBy using their market focus and expertise, this role ensures that the organization’s product and service offerings remain relevant, sustainable, compelling and competitive within the markets they are designed to serve.\nThe Senior Manager, Service/Product Offer Management is required to own and drive the product management strategy in their assigned business unit/division and is also responsible for identifying opportunities for new product and services development or for the enhancements to existing products and services.\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelops, owns and drives product strategies and cascade the organization’s overall product strategies into the business divisions and to the relevant stakeholders.\nAnalyzes current market trends, conducts market research and specifies market requirements for current and future products.\nSources or develops concepts for new products to investigate and identify enhancement concepts for existing products.\nDetermines the feasibility of the concept for development and define and develop the product specifications.\nTakes responsibility for the definition, monitoring and management of the lifecycle roadmap for each product in the portfolio.\nVets the suitability of vendors and partners, alliances and suppliers.\nDevelops and delivers product training and communication to client facing staff and relevant internal stakeholders.\nEstablishes, develops and maintains product-pricing models and contribute to the identification of suitable promotional techniques and sales and distribution channels.\nWorks with marketing colleagues to colleagues to perform client, competitor and market analysis.\nGathers and prioritizes product and client requirements to identify opportunities and to define the product vision.\nIdentifies the opportunities for new product development or for the enhancements to existing products.\nResponsible for continuing product evolution, product enhancements, the introduction of new product features and functions and the retirement of certain products or variations to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.\nEducates the relevant internal stakeholders on new or enhanced product offering to enable sales optimization and client satisfaction.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nExtended knowledge of market segments and product portfolio categories\nExtended knowledge of product lifecycles and technology solutions.\nExtended knowledge of product management disciplines and tools.\nDemonstrate financial awareness and commercial acumen.\nPossesses strategic thinking skills with sound presentation and public speaking abilities.\nExtended problem analysis and solution formulation capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication ability.\nExtended people management skills and the ability to coach other.\nExtended understanding of the organization's transformation and change programs.\nDemonstrate a sound understanding of the technologies related to product areas\nExtended understanding of the product’s functionality and capability.\nDisplays an astute mind-set with critical thinking ability.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field.\nRelevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.\nRequired experience:\nExtended experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization.\nExtended experience gained within the technology industry.\nExtended track record managing the implementation new products or product lines.\nWorkplace type:\nRemote WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
