You will own the client relationship, Hybrid Cloud service performance and P&L performance for your assigned scope, bringing together delivery teams, architects, engineers and partners across Data Center, Private Cloud and Public Cloud services.\nYou do not need to design every platform yourself, but you must understand Hybrid Cloud deeply enough to manage delivery, challenge technical teams and understand the operational, client and financial impact of technology decisions.\nThis role requires availability to work on-site in Eindhoven 3 days per week.\nWhat you will do\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a key point of accountability between the client and NTT DATA delivery teams.\nTranslate client business and technology priorities into clear delivery priorities and manageable plans.\nCoordinate delivery across Data Center, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Network, Security and related platform services.\nEstablish clear governance, ownership, and accountability across technology towers and delivery locations.\nEnsure contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations are achieved.\nManage service risks and dependencies across the Hybrid Cloud landscape and take ownership of major escalations through resolution.\nDrive continuous service improvement, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency without compromising service stability.\nOwn revenue, gross profit and margin performance for the assigned scope, including budgets, forecasts and cost-to-serve.\nManage the financial impact of staffing, subcontractors, third-party services, infrastructure, and cloud consumption.\nProtect contractual scope, identify requirements requiring formal change control and work closely with Sales, Finance, Commercial and Delivery leadership.\nProvide clear delivery, commercial and business reporting to client and NTT DATA leadership.\nThe delivery environment\nYou will operate across a complex enterprise Hybrid Cloud landscape where platform decisions can affect availability, security, cost, and the client experience.\nData Center and infrastructure: computing, storage, virtualization, networking, backup, resilience, capacity and lifecycle management.\nPrivate Cloud: VMware/VCF, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, software-defined infrastructure, automation and observability.\nPublic Cloud: Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud, landing zones, connectivity, IAM, security, governance and FinOps.\nCross-platform capabilities: service management, monitoring, automation, configuration, transition, transformation, and disaster recovery.\nWhat we are looking for\nSignificant experience in Client Delivery, Managed Services or Service Delivery leadership.\nExperience managing large-scale Hybrid Cloud and infrastructure services across multiple technology towers.\nSolid understanding of Data Center, Private Cloud and Public Cloud operating models and technologies.\nExperience leading major incidents, escalations, service recovery and transformation while maintaining stable production services.\nDemonstrable P&L ownership, including revenue, costs, gross profit, margin, budgets and forecasts.\nStrong knowledge of contracts, scope management and change control.\nExcellent client, executive stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills.\nStrong understanding of ITIL-based service management; relevant ITIL or program-management certification is advantageous.\nWhat will make you successful\nYou will be successful when the client trusts NTT DATA to operate and evolve its Hybrid Cloud environment while NTT DATA maintains a healthy and sustainable business behind the service.\nYou understand the client, understand the technology, own the service, manage the P&L, anticipate risks, and mobilize the organization to deliver the outcome.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
