Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Client Project Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex.\nThe primary responsibility of the Client Project Manager is to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to the organization or into the client's support operations).\nKey responsibilities:\nLeads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.\nEngages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.\nEnsures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.\nEnsures that the project delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.\nManages the delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management.\nEnsures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.\nDocumentation and management of risks and issues.\nEnsures clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.\nProvides pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project solution which includes the completion of a proposal. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.\nIdentifies opportunities and influences the sale by conducting a business conversation with the client positioning organizational consulting and technical services offerings.\nCoordinates activities of the project teams through task delegation or resource assignment etc.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nSeasoned project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.\nAbility to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.\nAbility to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in high-pressure environments.\nSeasoned ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.\nSeasoned business acumen and commercial skills.\nPassionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.\nSeasoned influencing ability whilst taking a collaborative approach.\nDecisive with good attention to detail ability.\nSeasoned ability to promote project services to both internal stakeholders and external clients.\nCompetent in project change management.\nSeasoned knowledge of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project.\nSeasoned problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.\nRelevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.\nITIL certification is beneficial.\nRequired experience:\nSeasoned project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment.\nSeasoned client engagement experience.\nDemonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.\nDemonstrated competency in project change management.\nSeasoned experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
