Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Platform Administration\nManage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services including: EC2 EKS Application Load Balancer (ALB) VPC Auto Scaling Groups\nPerform cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.\nManage storage services, snapshots, backups, and recovery activities.\nSupport cloud infrastructure optimization, scaling, and performance improvements.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC)\nDeploy, modify, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.\nTroubleshoot Terraform deployment and configuration issues.\nManage infrastructure lifecycle through reusable Terraform modules and templates.\nEnsure infrastructure consistency and compliance through IaC best practices.\nCloud Operations & Monitoring\nMonitor AWS workloads using CloudWatch and other operational tools.\nInvestigate and resolve production incidents and alerts.\nAnalyze cloud and operating system logs to identify root causes.\nTroubleshoot performance issues involving: CPU Memory Storage Network connectivity\nProvide recommendations for resource optimization and cost efficiency.\nWindows & Linux Administration\nAdminister and support Windows Server and Linux environments.\nPerform server provisioning, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nSupport application deployments and infrastructure changes.\nConduct system performance tuning and health checks.\nSecurity Operations\nConfigure and manage: Security Groups Network ACLs IAM roles and permissions\nMonitor security findings and support remediation activities.\nWork with AWS security services such as: GuardDuty Security Hub Firewall and network security controls\nDisaster Recovery & Deployment Support\nSupport backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.\nParticipate in DR drills and failover validation exercises.\nSupport production releases and deployment activities.\nVerify system and application stability post-deployment.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nAWS Cloud Services\nStrong hands-on experience with: EC2 EKS VPC ALB CloudWatch Auto Scaling Storage and Snapshot Management\nTerraform\nProven experience deploying and managing AWS resources using Terraform.\nStrong understanding of Terraform modules, state management, and dependency management.\nExperience troubleshooting Infrastructure as Code deployments.\nOperating Systems\nStrong administration skills in: Windows Server Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux)\nKnowledge of system performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting.\nMonitoring & Troubleshooting\nCloudWatch monitoring and alert management.\nLog analysis and incident investigation.\nPerformance troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nNetworking fundamentals including routing and connectivity troubleshooting.\nSecurity\nSecurity Groups and Network ACLs.\nBasic IAM administration.\nAWS security services (GuardDuty, Security Hub).\nOperational security best practices.\nDisaster Recovery\nBackup and restore processes.\nFailover validation and DR testing.\nProduction deployment support.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor Degree in Information Systems / Compute Science\nAWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate\nAWS Certified Developer - Associate\nHashiCorp Terraform Associate Certification\nExperience supporting enterprise production environments.\nExperience working within Managed Services or IT Operations teams.\nITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
