By monitoring and optimizing the performance of cloud infrastructures, you will proactively identify and resolve issues, continually improving performance, security, and service delivery. Your technical expertise will be crucial in handling highly complex cloud-related incidents and guiding the team to resolve critical issues.\nYour day will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a subject matter expert in cloud solutions. You will provide consultancy support, create comprehensive technical documentation, and develop scripts and automation solutions to streamline network operations. In this role, you may also manage and implement projects, deliver disaster recovery functions, and drive innovation to meet evolving client needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreates and maintains the Cloud-based Infrastructure of managed service to clients.\nProvides highly technical or sophisticated in nature support across Cloud technologies/Cloud solutions.\nProvides consultancy support where fourth-line engineer teams were unable to resolve the problem.\nShares such knowledge, to resolve issues, documents them, and pushes the knowledge down to other engineers.\nActs as emergency support contact as needed, for critical client and business-impacting issues.\nCommunicates with other teams and clients for extending support.\nLeads the design and architecture of managed cloud solutions for clients, considering their unique requirements and business objectives.\nOversees the implementation of cloud solutions, including cloud design, configuration, and deployment and ensures adherence to best practices and industry standards.\nMonitors and optimises the performance of clients' cloud-based infrastructures, identifying and resolving issues proactively.\nImplements and maintains cloud security measures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and DATA protection standards.\nLeads the troubleshooting and resolution of highly complex cloud-related incidents and problems and provides technical expertise and guidance to resolve critical issues.\nContinuously identifies opportunities to improve cloud performance, security, and service delivery, driving process enhancements and technological advancements.\nCreates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including technical diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.\nDevelops scripts and automation solutions, streamlining network operations, and enhancing efficiency.\nPlays a pivotal role in deploying and managing cloud solutions, integrating automation tools, and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of client.\nMay manage and implement projects within technology domain, delivering effectively and promptly per client agreed upon requirements and timelines.\nMay work on implementing and delivering disaster recovery functions and tests.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nKnowledge and Attributes:\nExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify complex cloud issues, brainstorm potential solutions and choose the best way to resolve an issue.\nIn-depth knowledge of cloud technologies.\nExcellent understanding of managed services concepts.\nExcellent knowledge of cloud monitoring and management tools for performance optimization and troubleshooting.\nDemonstrates leadership skills, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.\nProject management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively\nExcellent scripting/programming skills.\nStrong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Perl, or ruby, and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).\nCertifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role)\nRelevant certifications such as (but not limited to) -\nVMware certified Professional: DATA Centre Virtualization.\nVMware Certified Specialist - Cloud Provider.\nVMware Site recovery Manager: Install, Configure, Manage.\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Architect Expert.\nAWS Certified: Solutions Architect Associate.\nVeeam Certified Engineer (VMCE).\nRubrik Certified Systems Administrator.\nZerto, pure, vxrail.\nGoogle Cloud Platform (gcp).\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (oci).\nRequired experience:\nExtended Managed Services experience.\nExtended knowledge and experience in ticketing tools, preferably Service Now.\nExtended experience working in multiple large Global Enterprise client outsourcing projects.\nExtended vendor management experience.\nExtended in-depth experience and understanding of the IT industry and standards for IT service management.\nExtended experience in more than one area of expertise\nExtended experience across Emerging technology and trends impacting IT operations\nExtended experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise cloud solutions\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
