Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nRole Overview Provide Level 2 technical support and operational management for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, serving Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support GCP services, including:Compute Engine\nGoogle Kubernetes Engine (GKE)\nCloud Storage\nCloud SQL\nVPC Networking\nIAM & Security Services\n\nTroubleshoot production incidents and service disruptions.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.\nMonitor cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Operations Suite (formerly Stackdriver).\nEscalate complex issues to L3 engineers or Google support when required.\nSupport cloud migration, deployment, and optimization activities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\nCommunicate with Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.\nRequired Skills\n4+ years of cloud infrastructure or support experience.\nHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.\nStrong knowledge of:Linux administration\nNetworking (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, Firewalls)\nKubernetes and container technologies\nIAM and cloud security concepts\nIncident and problem management processes\n\nScripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Terraform).\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools.\nLanguage Requirements\nFluent Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) and English.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and internal teams.\nPreferred Certifications\nGoogle Associate Cloud Engineer\nGoogle Professional Cloud Architect\nGoogle Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer\nTypical L2 Support Activities\nIncident diagnosis and resolution\nService request fulfilment\nPerformance troubleshooting\nPatch and maintenance support\nInfrastructure monitoring\nEscalation management\nCustomer communication and status updates\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
