The primary responsibility is support Finance Operations in Global environment with knowledge & expertise required to manage work in a MNC. He/she will be required to support Finance operations or any other adhoc Finance projects / assignments.\n Essential\nDesirable\n Education Background\nPost Graduate (M.Com / MBA Finance)\nCA / ICWA + Knowledge/ understanding of US GAAP, I-GAAP & IFRS\n Work Experience\n16-18 years of relevant experience in Finance\n12+ years of experience with at least 4-6 years in a senior level position with similar role in a large multinational corporation\n Key Responsibilities\nKey Skills\nActs as liaison between Onshore and Shared Services team in the resolution of process related issues\nAbility to manage the daily operations and activities of the team and ensure all KRAs are met. \nEffectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.\nAnalyze and resolve complex or difficult problems presented by subordinates, and escalate appropriately to the senior management\nUnderstanding of Transfer pricing/intercompany invoicing regulations\nUnderstanding of Semi-annual and Annual Financial Statements \nCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\nAbility to manage HR related matters for the direct reports and teams; including interviewing, hiring, compensation planning, ongoing feedback/coaching and formal performance management (e.g., mid-year and year-end reviews)\nOperational Skills\nShould have worked for multi-national companies in a multi-cultural environment.\nCommunication skills with various stakeholders including the top management\nAnalyze common processing mistakes (internal & external), do root cause analysis and assist in the development of training materials and delivery of presentations\nTake the lead in maintaining existing successful teaming environment, identifying and recognizing team efforts, and promoting activities that build rapport within the team.\nManage Escalations, identify root cause and come up process improvement and put controls in place.\n Key Performance Parameters\nTurn Around Time for Expense report auditing & queries\nVolume of report processed in a month\nAccuracy of reports Audited\nAccuracy of response\nSpeed of response to internal / external queries\n Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills\nMS Word/Excel/Outlook\n Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills essential\n Managerial and Soft Skills\nOpen to work in Flexible Shifts & Hybrid Work Environment\n Extended hours may be required in meet deadlines.
