By leading the scope of work determination, product pricing, and RFP/RFI responses, you ensure that our proposed solutions are both innovative and feasible. Your expertise will be critical in managing client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, guiding the allocation of resources, and delivering POCs successfully.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nExtensive knowledge of various vendor products and technology positioning.\nAbility to develop and leverage seasoned knowledge of reference architectures.\nUp-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in multiple technology domains.\nProficiency in core frameworks and understanding the problem domains our systems address.\nProven track record as a developer and architect of new systems/solutions.\nExperience working in an agile development environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships through technical expertise.\nGood client engagement and consulting experience.\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nAI Initiative Leadership:\nLead the development and implementation of AI strategies and solutions.\nDrive the AI initiative from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.\nOversee the integration of AI technologies with existing data infrastructure.\nPre-Sales Support:\nCollaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose AI solutions.\nDevelop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of AI capabilities.\nAssist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales materials.\nProject Delivery:\nManage the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.\nMonitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.\nData Management and Analytics:\nOversee data governance and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.\nImplement data management strategies, including data quality, metadata management, and master data management.\nUtilize advanced analytics tools to extract insights from data and support AI model development.\nCollaboration and Communication:\nWork closely with customer's to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.\nProvide training and support to team members on AI technologies and best practices.\nCommunicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.\nTechnical Expertise:\nStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, data management, and analytics.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly those relevant to the financial sector.\nTroubleshoot and resolve AI-related and data-related issues promptly.\nClient Engagement:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on AI and data management.\nQualifications:\nEducational Background:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.\nProfessional Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in AI implementation and data management, preferably within the financial industry.\n\nProven track record of managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.\n\nExperience in pre-sales support and client engagement.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, IBM WatsonX, etc).\n\nStrong knowledge of data management principles, data warehousing, and analytics.\n\nAnalytical Skills:\nAbility to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.\n\nExperience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI algorithms.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nAbility to present complex AI and data findings to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCertifications (Preferred):\nCertifications in AI, data management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, CBIP) is an additional value\n\nRelevant certifications in data management or AI space.\n\n#LI-APAC\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
