This is an engineering-focused role requiring strong software development expertise, rapid prototyping capabilities, and the ability to transform successful AI concepts into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and deploy Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.\nDevelop POCs and rapidly transition successful approaches into production.\nImplement orchestration, tool calling, state/memory management, checkpointing, HITL, MCP, and A2A capabilities.\nDevelop RAG and LLM-based solutions integrated with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.\nBuild and operate AI services using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.\nDevelop production APIs and integration services.\nImplement automated testing, CI/CD, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and security controls.\nOptimize production solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, latency, and cost.\nCollaborate with teams to share reusable patterns, best practices, and AI engineering innovations.\nProvide AI engineering consulting and technical guidance on Agentic AI implementation and adoption.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related development roles.\nStrong Python software engineering skills.\nHands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.\nStrong experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, MCP, and A2A.\nStrong understanding of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, tool calling, state/memory management, and HITL.\nExperience with FastAPI, APIs, Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and production support.\nAbility to independently deliver high-quality production solutions from established designs.\nMandatory Experience\nProven experience building, deploying, and supporting at least two production-grade multi-agent AI solutions.\nProduction experience is essential; certification, tutorial, hackathon, or POC-only experience is not sufficient.\nPreferred Skills\nTerraform or CloudFormation.\nKubernetes/EKS.\nOpenTelemetry or LangSmith.\nSageMaker or MLflow.\nAzure and/or GCP exposure.\nExperience integrating AI solutions with SAP environments.\nPreferred Certifications\nAWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional.\nAWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associate.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
