# Applications L2/L3 Support & Maintenance Engineer - Informatica MDM

The role requires working from the designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and adhering to the assigned 24x7 shift roster. We are seeking an experienced Applications L2/L3 Support & Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) to provide production support, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and small enhancements for enterprise master data platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, integrity, and performance of Informatica MDM solutions supporting critical business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, data quality, data integration, relational databases, and support operations in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Application Support (L2/L3) Provide L2/L3 support for Informatica MDM applications in production and non-production environments. Monitor application health, data processing jobs, workflows, and interfaces. Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA commitments.
