Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Asset and Sparing Administrator has some administrative experience and takes their instructions from the Services Asset Lifecycle Management team.\nThe purpose of this role is to provide general administrative assistance to the Services Asset Lifecycle team.\nThe Asset and Sparing Administrator demonstrates an understanding of the sparing and inventory management environment and stakeholder interests.\nKey responsibilities:\nProvides a complete asset and sparing administration service.\nSupports the activities relating to Sparing Management.\nAssist with stock planning, inventory analysis, system support, sparing management and general administrative functions.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:\nProvides efficient administrative support under guidance.\nReliable and able to produce a high quality of work\nDisplays good attention to detail and is able to manage work processes.\nDisplays good orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.\nProactive with good planning and organizing ability\nGood communicator and capable of finding solutions quickly when stock has run out and interim arrangements need to be made\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nSecondary school certification or equivalent\nWorking towards completion of a relevant degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent is preferable.\nRequired experience:\nSome work experience in procurement / Assets and Sparing\nSome work experience in stock planning and management\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
