This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, compliance with company standards, and timely delivery of materials and services required for the Operations Team.What we are looking for\nKEY responsibilities\n\nAssist in sourcing and procurement for client fit-out projects, including vendor identification, RFQs, and bid analysis.\n\nMaintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (project managers, finance, operations) to align sourcing strategies with project timelines and budgets.\n\nMonitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.\n\nSupport cost optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.\n\nEnsure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability standards.\n\nKNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES\n\nStrong understanding of procurement principles and sourcing strategies.\n\nFamiliarity with construction or fit-out materials and vendor landscape.\n\nProficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba or similar).\n\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nGood communication and negotiation skills.\n\nRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.\n\nPreferred: Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\n\n2-4 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in construction or client fit-out projects.\n\nExposure to vendor management and contract administration.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nRegularly moves equipment and other hardware up to 25 lbs.\n\nFrequently move about inside and outside of data center / facility\n\nRemain stationary for long periods of time.\n\nAscend / Descend a ladder and perform duties atop a raised platform.\n\nPosition self in small spaces.\n\nOperate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.\n\nPerform work during US business hours and time zones.\n\nWork conditions & other requirements\n\nWork onsite at a data center location.\n\nExposure to varying temperatures and loud noises.\n\nExposure to outdoor weather conditions.\n\nTravel required 10% of time.\n\nPerform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.\n\nACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS\n\nWho we are\nAs the third largest data center provider, we operate over 150 data centers in more than 20 countries and regions.
