This role focuses on accurate processing, data maintenance, and operational support while developing foundational knowledge of treasury practices, systems, and controls.The Associate Specialist works closely with Treasury Specialists, Managers, and Finance stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant treasury operations across the organization.\nWhat we are looking for\nThe Associate Specialist, Treasury supports the execution of day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, bank administration, and treasury reporting activities. This role focuses on accurate processing, data maintenance, and operational support while developing foundational knowledge of treasury practices, systems, and controls.\nThe Associate Specialist works closely with Treasury Specialists, Managers, and Finance stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant treasury operations across the organization.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nTreasury Operations Support\nSupport daily cash positioning and liquidity tracking activities.\nAssist in monitoring bank balances and preparing cash reports.\nSupport execution of routine treasury transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.\nMaintain accurate treasury records, schedules, and supporting documentation.\nBanking & Account Administration\nAssist with bank account administration, including documentation, signatory maintenance, and KYC requirements.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding of bank accounts under guidance from senior treasury team members.\nMaintain banking master data in treasury systems and internal trackers.\nReporting & Data Management\nPrepare and update routine treasury reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.\nAssist in compiling cash-flow forecasts and liquidity schedules.\nEnsure treasury data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.\nCompliance & Controls Support\nFollow established treasury policies, internal controls, and approval frameworks.\nSupport audit and compliance activities by preparing documentation and responding to routine information requests.\nEscalate discrepancies, errors, or unusual items to senior team members.\nProcess & Team Support\nSupport treasury process improvements and documentation updates.\nAssist with system updates, testing, and data validation activities.\nCollaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to support treasury-related data needs.\nPerform other treasury-related tasks as assigned.\nKNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES\nFoundational understanding of treasury concepts, cash management, and financial operations.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nOrganized and able to manage routine tasks with consistency.\nWillingness to learn and develop treasury and finance skills.\nBasic analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective communicator and collaborative team member.\nHigh ethical standards and respect for financial controls.\nACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\nEntry-level experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking operations, or a related field.\nInternship or entry-level experience in corporate finance or banking is a plus.\nBasic proficiency in Excel.\nExposure to ERP or treasury management systems is an advantage but not required.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nRemain stationary for long periods of time.\nOperate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.\nPerform work during US business hours and time zones.\nWORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS\nTravel may be required.\nPerform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.\nCompensation Pay Range\nFor roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.\nThis is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.\nNTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
