In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core application modules for uFlow, a critical component of our service offerings. This is a hands-on position where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and directly impact the success of our products.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign & Development: Design and develop core application modules using Java, Spring Boot, Camunda/Fluxnova, and Oracle DB. \nRequirements Gathering: Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical requirements. \nTask Estimation: Decompose complex tasks into manageable units and provide accurate effort estimations. \nQuality Assurance: Identify and resolve bugs, write comprehensive unit tests, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery. \nDevOps Support: Help maintain the technical infrastructure, including continuous integration and automated deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. \nMentorship: Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning. \nInnovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in backend development.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor or Master Degree in computer science or similar\nMinimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java. \nCore Concepts: Strong understanding of Java Core concepts, multithreading, and software design patterns. \nFrameworks & APIs: Solid experience working with Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. \nBuild Tools: Proficiency with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle. \nCollaboration Tools: Experience using JIRA, Git (Stash/Bitbucket), and Confluence for project management and collaboration. \nDatabases: Practical experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle DB, and basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge. \nSoft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a strong desire to learn. \nNice to have:\nBPM Tools: Hands-on experience with BPM engines (Camunda or Fluxnova preferred). \nCloud Platforms: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). \nAdvanced DB: Strong SQL optimization skills and experience with advanced database concepts. \nContainers: Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Helm for container orchestration. \nLeadership: Demonstrated technical leadership skills or experience mentoring junior engineers. \n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
