associates. \nParticipate in internal audits, quality reviews, and risk-control activities. \nDrive continuous improvements to enhance accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.\nMentor and coach Associates on financial spreading methodologies and credit fundamentals. \nConduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback. \nAssist team leaders in training, onboarding, and knowledge management initiatives. \nAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for spreading systems, financial statement analysis, and process best practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and turnaround time. \nParticipate in automation, standardization, and transformation initiatives. \nDevelop and maintain process documentation and training materials.\nSupport Credit Analysts and Underwriters in financial statement analysis and credit evaluations. \nMaintain service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets. \nEnsure adherence to credit policies, spreading guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. \nKnowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or regional accounting standards.\nFamiliarity with spreading tools such as Moody's Credit Lens, nCino, or any other systems. \nParticipating in the training programs based on business needs.\nJob Requirements & eligibility Criteria:\n4-6 Years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement interpretation, and credit risk concepts\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. \nGood written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to work scheduled shifts.\nAbility to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client when required.\nProfessional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, FRM, or equivalent will be an added
