business-driven training programs to enhance operational and compliance knowledge. \nActively contribute to team meetings, customer calls, and process improvement discussions. \nMaintain high accuracy and attention to detail while handling financial transactions and investigations. \nSupport compliance initiatives by promptly reporting potential regulatory or sanctions concerns.\nJob Requirements & eligibility Criteria:\n2-4 years of experience in Banking BPO operations with exposure to payment processing and compliance functions. \nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. \nStrong understanding of SWIFT message formats and sanctions screening principles. \nKnowledge of banking operations, inward and outward payments, and cross-border transaction processing. \nExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. \nProficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools for data review and reporting. \nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. \nProven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently. \nFlexible to work in scheduled shifts to support business and client requirements. \nStrong English communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders when
