Criteria:\n2-4 Years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \nUnderstanding of financial statements and accounting principles. \nKnowledge of ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit fundamentals. \nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. \nGood written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to work scheduled shifts.\nAbility to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client when
