and Investigation:\no Investigate accounts and internet sources to determine cardholder eligibility as Politically Exposed Persons/Foreign Persons (PEP/PEFP).\no Conduct thorough investigations to make determinations related to the Suppression of Terrorism and Economic Sanctions (SOT).\no Review and analyze unusual transactions that may qualify for reporting under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) guidelines.\nData Analysis and Reporting:\no Analyze data quickly and efficiently to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with AML/AFT regulations.\no Maintain a high level of accuracy in report maintenance and tracking, ensuring all findings are documented and reported appropriately.\nCompliance and Risk Management:\no Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant AML/AFT legislation and internal policies.\no Collaborate with other departments to address and mitigate identified risks.\nQualifications and Requirements:\nEducational Background:\no Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nExperience:\no 2-4 years of experience in AML operations or related fields.\nSkills and Competencies:\no Strong understanding of AML/AFT legislation and regulatory requirements, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).\no Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.\no Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\no Strong keyboarding skills and working knowledge of PCs.\no Ability to work efficiently within time constraints and
