We are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Key Responsibilities Coordinate with IT Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather operational and project data. Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Perform advanced Excel-based analysis, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and complex formulas. Track delivery KPIs, resource utilization, project status, risks, and dependencies. Analyze financial data including budgets, forecasts, actuals, revenue, cost, and profitability metrics. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, Delivery Dashboards or similar roles. Strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations.
