Pre Sales Solutioning & Customer Engagement\nLead the region, own - discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and solution mapping for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.\nDeliver high-impact demos in one or more areas namely Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Services.\nPrepare solution presentations, value propositions, and customer-specific walkthroughs.\nSupport RFIs/RFPs, proposals, and technical clarifications throughout the deal cycle.\nLead conversations around S/4HANA Conversions and business value.\n2. GTM Activities (Aligned with Global Practice)\nCreate and refine pre-sales assets, pitch decks, value stories, and industry use cases.\nLocalize global GTM assets for NDBS India context (industry, customer maturity, regional references).\nConduct internal enablement sessions for sales, consulting, and delivery teams.\nEnsure alignment with SAP roadmap, product changes, and release updates.\n3. Hands-On SAP S/4HANA Cloud\nPerform configuration walkthroughs and demonstrate fit-to-standard processes.\nShowcase capabilities using Fiori apps, SAP Best Practices, SAP BTC and released scope items.\nExplain Clean core concepts and extensibility, integrations (BTP, Integration Suite), and analytics options.\nArticulate cloud implementation approaches, project phases, and CALM/ALM usage.\n4. Innovation, AI & Cloud Readiness\nPresent emerging Public Cloud capabilities including automation, embedded ML/AI, and agentic AI (Joule).\nEvangelize SAP’s cloud operating model, upgrades, data migration methods, and extensibility guardrails.\nWork with CoE teams to position AI-enabled use cases relevant to customer sector challenges.\n1. Required Skills & Qualifications\n8-12 years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.\nStrong functional expertise in at least one core module (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).\nHands-on experience with fit-to-standard workshops, data migration, and release management.\nPrior experience in Pre Sales, Solutioning, or GTM roles would be an added advantage.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.\nAbility to simplify complex SAP concepts for business and technical stakeholders.\n2. Preferred Qualifications\nSAP S/4HANA certification.\nFamiliarity with SAP BTP, SAC, integrations, workflow, and extensibility.\nExposure to industry-specific S/4HANA Cloud scope items and scenarios.\nExperience running PoVs, PoCs, or demo environments.\n3.
