The role ensures project objectives are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance requirements while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What we are looking for\nKey Responsibility\nProject Delivery:\nManage the end-to-end delivery of client projects from planning through execution and handover.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required.\nStakeholder Management:\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.\nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.\nFacilitate project meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and decisions.\nManage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nCommercial & Financial Management:\nSupport project budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting activities.\nMonitor project expenditures and ensure effective budget control.\nSupport procurement activities, contractor engagement, and contract administration processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project cost efficiency and value delivery.\nRisk & Governance:\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and records.\nEscalate significant project risks and issues in a timely manner.\nQuality & Compliance:\nEnsure project deliverables meet agreed quality and operational requirements.\nCoordinate reviews, inspections, testing, and project handover activities where applicable.\nSupport adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\nCapture lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.\nReporting & Communication:\nPrepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards.\nProvide regular updates on project milestones, risks, budgets, and schedules.\nCommunicate project performance and key outcomes to stakeholders and management.\nKnowledge and Attributes:\nProject Management:\nStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.\nExperience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.\nOperations Knowledge:\nModerate understanding of Electrical and Mechanical systems and associated building infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with facility operations, maintenance activities, and operational requirements.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams during project delivery.\nUnderstanding of operational risks and impacts associated with project implementation\nStakeholder Management:\nStrong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Communication:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills Customer Focus:\n\nTeam Player:\nAbility to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.\nAcademic Qualifications, Certifications & Required experience:\nProficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in data center client and facilities projects\nBachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.\nPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.\nExperience managing vendors, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.\nExperience working in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.\nAdditional beneficial certifications such as CDCP etc.\nWho we are\nAs the third largest data center provider, we operate over 150 data centers in more than 20 countries and regions.
