This position supports continuous delivery pipelines, ensures platform reliability, leads major incident response, and collaborates with engineering teams to maintain operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nRelease & Deployment Management\nManage software releases across QA → Load Test → Stage → Production environments.\nExecute and support OTA firmware releases.\nLaunch and maintain mobile app releases to App Store and Google Play.\nWork with agile teams to build, test, and maintain CI/CD pipeline components.\nSupport product NPI onboarding and participate in early sprint planning.\nCloud Operations & Platform Support\nAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure environments.\nPerform L1.5-L2 support activities including monitoring, deployments, rollbacks, and platform health checks.\nManage migrations across platforms or service providers.\nEnsure proactive performance monitoring and SLA compliance.\nMaintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices.\nMonitoring, Alerting & Incident Management\nCreate and manage monitoring/alerting systems for cloud and connected device platforms.\nLead and support 24x7 major incident management, including on-call support.\nOwn end-to-end incident resolution from ticket creation to closure.\nImplement corrective actions to mitigate operational and security risks.\nConduct periodic user access/security audits.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Engineering, Security, and other teams to evangelize Ops best practices.\nParticipate in technical bridge calls and RCA sessions.\nManage UI views for license consumption and performance analytics.\nGather usage metrics and report insights to stakeholders.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\n3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud systems support.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and pipelines.\nStrong understanding of Azure environments (PaaS & IaaS), including: \nVMs, Storage, Event Hub, Service Fabric Cluster, AKS\nIoT Hub, Cosmos DB, SQL Server\nDatabricks, Key Vault, Data Lake\nExperience in CI/CD tools (Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible).\nFamiliarity with IoT concepts: telemetry ingestion, processing, data storage, reporting.\nKnowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes).\nAbility to script with PowerShell and Python.\nUnderstanding of SQL vs NoSQL databases and operational maintenance.\nKnowledge of monitoring/logging systems (Log Analytics, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix).\nStrong analytical thinking and proactive troubleshooting mindset.\nExcellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).\nPreferred\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900) or Degree in CS / Information Systems.\nExperience managing mobile app releases (App Store / Play Store).\nExperience with connected device platforms (IoT environments).\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
