Backup operations, Patching and Activation, Technical knowledge in Network components (DNS, DHCP, TCP). Willingness to develop strong competencies Operating System platform support. Knowledge of PowerShell/Shell scripting / Python/Ansible will be a plus. Understanding of ITSMITIL processes and certification will be added advantage. Good communication. Understanding of cloud computing, basic networking, and storage principles. Azure experience is a plus.\nCloud administration, Linux & Windows server administration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
