The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, upgrade, and support secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.\n\nThis role requires deep technical ServiceNow expertise, experience working in regulated financial-services environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, platform owners, security teams, and delivery teams.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions in line with business and technical requirements.\nDeliver enhancements and integrations across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM, and Vulnerability Response capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer flows, notifications, service catalog items, record producers, UI actions, and scheduled jobs.\nBuild and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, web services, and other approved integration methods.\nConfigure and maintain ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB-related capabilities.\nSupport ITOM implementations and enhancements, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB health, and operational visibility.\nDevelop and support Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, including risk management, policy and compliance, audit, and issue management workflows.\nSupport Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, data quality, licence compliance, and optimisation activities.\nConfigure and enhance Vulnerability Response (VR) workflows, integrations, prioritisation, remediation tracking, and reporting.\nPlan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, including upgrade impact assessment, customisation review, regression testing, remediation, and post-upgrade validation.\nEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, platform governance, security requirements, and maintainability principles.\nConduct technical analysis, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and provide root-cause analysis for production defects.\nParticipate in code reviews, peer reviews, technical design discussions, and quality assurance activities.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documents, interface specifications, and deployment runbooks.\nProvide technical mentoring and guidance to junior developers and other delivery team members.\n\nCompetencies/Critical Skills:\nMinimum 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\nStrong practical experience with ServiceNow ITSM.\nValid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.\nValid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.\nAt least one valid ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification including CIS-ITSM.\nStrong experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including relevant capabilities such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, and MID Server configuration.\nExperience with ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM).\nExperience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).\nExperience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).\nProven experience planning, executing, and supporting ServiceNow upgrades.\nStrong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience with ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting, Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, portal experiences, and platform configuration.\nExperience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.\nStrong understanding of CMDB concepts, data quality, configuration item relationships, and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) principles.\nFluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience working in the banking, insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated environment.\nAdditional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, SAM, Vulnerability Response, or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials.\nKnowledge of ITIL practices and enterprise IT service management processes.\nExperience with ServiceNow Agile Development, DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nFamiliarity with security, data privacy, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, audit, and risk-management requirements in financial services.\nExperience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data imports.\n\nPersonal Attributes:\nStrong analytical and
