If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Configuration Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).\nROLE OVERVIEW\nWe are looking for a motivated Junior SCCM/Intune Engineer to join NTT DATA's India-based Enterprise Endpoint Management (EPM) Delivery Centre. This entry-level role will support the deployment and management of Windows endpoints for global enterprise clients using Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune, under the guidance of senior engineers. The role operates in IST-aligned shift windows supporting NTT DATA's international managed services accounts. The engineer will build foundational EPM skills, gain exposure to global delivery processes, and grow within the NTT DATA India EPM team.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nEndpoint Deployment & Configuration\nAssist senior engineers with SCCM software deployments, patch deployments, and collection management tasks for global client environments.\nSupport Intune device enrollment activities including Windows Autopilot pre-staging and enrollment status troubleshooting.\nHelp maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployments in Microsoft Intune.\nPerform basic SCCM client health checks and assist with client remediation on endpoints.\nShadow and assist with OS deployment (OSD) task sequences and WinPE environment configuration.\nSupport day-to-day endpoint monitoring activities using SCCM console and Intune portal within defined shift hours.\nPatch Management Support\nAssist with patch deployment operations including software update group creation and deployment scheduling.\nMonitor patch compliance reports under supervision and escalate non-compliant endpoint issues to L2 engineers.\nSupport maintenance window configuration and Software Update Point (SUP) synchronization activities.\nHelp document patch exceptions and track remediation activities in the ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow or equivalent).\nOperations & Ticketing\nHandle L1 endpoint management service requests and incidents within defined SLA resolution timeframes.\nDocument operational steps, KB articles, and runbooks as guided by senior engineers.\nParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.\nEscalate complex incidents to L2/L3 engineers with proper documentation and impact assessment.\nFollow NTT DATA's ITSM processes and client-specific escalation procedures during shift operations.\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nBasic understanding of Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager concepts and console navigation\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune portal and Endpoint Manager Admin Center\nWindows 10/11 desktop support fundamentals and Active Directory basics\nBasic PowerShell scripting knowledge or strong willingness to learn\nUnderstanding of ITSM ticket management and SLA-based delivery operations\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English for global client interaction\nEagerness to learn, attention to detail, and collaborative team-oriented mindset\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) or actively pursuing\nExposure to enterprise helpdesk, desktop support, or endpoint operations roles\nFamiliarity with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 tenant concepts\nPrior internship or project experience in an IT services or managed services environment\nMINIMUM EDUCATION\nBachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or IT) or MCA from a recognised Indian university.
