Ensures that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met.\nWhat we are looking for\nThe Data Center Technician provides a working level of data center knowledge and is responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems.\nThe Data Center Technician maintains and follows the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way. Ensures that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met.\nCompensation Pay Range\nFor roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.\nThis is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.\nNTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
