The role will support conversion, implementation, unit testing, data validation, defect fixing, deployment preparation, and technical documentation for migrated Snowflake workloads on Databricks.\nSupport conversion and implementation of assigned data pipelines, jobs, scripts, and workload components in Databricks.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and parity checks between Snowflake and Databricks outputs.\nExecute unit-level and integration-level testing for migrated jobs, transformations, and data flows.\nInvestigate data mismatches, execution failures, dependency issues, and functional defects identified during validation cycles.\nSupport deployment activities across SIT, QA, and PROD environments under the approved release and change window process.\nWork with Senior Data Engineers, QA Analysts, and the Databricks Architect to resolve conversion and validation issues.\nPrepare technical documentation, test evidence, reconciliation notes, and transition artifacts for assigned workloads.\nRequired Skills and Experience: Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Delta Lake, data pipeline development, job monitoring, data validation, reconciliation, Git, unit testing, defect triage, and cloud data engineering delivery.
