If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Delivery Manager (Hybrid - GDL) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).\nDelivery Lead\nLocation: Guadalajara (Hybrid-Office twice a week)\nOrganization: Global Technology Capability Center (GTCC)\nPosition Overview\nThe Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of an assigned portfolio of GTCC projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, quality, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The role will serve as a key connection point between GTCC delivery teams, business stakeholders, Champions, and leadership.\nAs the GTCC continues to scale, this role will provide dedicated delivery oversight to maintain high-quality service, strengthen stakeholder engagement, proactively manage delivery risks, and support a positive employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring commitments are met across scope, schedule, quality, and budget.\nAct as the primary delivery point of contact for project stakeholders and GTCC Champions.\nMonitor project health, dependencies, risks, issues, and action plans, escalating when appropriate.\nCoordinate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to ensure effective execution.\nEstablish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, KPIs, and status updates for GTCC leadership.\nProactively identify delivery challenges and implement recovery or mitigation plans.\nEnsure teams follow agreed delivery methodologies, processes, and quality standards.\nSupport resource planning, capacity management, onboarding, and allocation across projects.\nPartner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and delivery impediments.\nMonitor stakeholder satisfaction and proactively address concerns or feedback.\nPromote continuous improvement across delivery processes, team collaboration, and service quality.\nSupport employee engagement by identifying delivery-related challenges impacting team experience and working with leadership on solutions.\nContribute to GTCC scaling initiatives, standardization, and adoption of best practices across projects.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, project management, service delivery, or a related discipline.\nExperience managing multiple projects or a portfolio of technology initiatives.\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices.\nExperience with project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience working with distributed or global teams.\nStrong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.\nProficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within a Global Capability Center, Shared Services, or IT outsourcing environment.\nExperience supporting automotive or other large enterprise clients.\nExperience with resource/capacity planning and financial tracking.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.\nExperience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nSuccess Measures\nOn-time and high-quality project delivery.\nEffective management of risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.\nStakeholder and Champion satisfaction.\nTeam engagement and employee experience.\nAccurate and timely delivery reporting and governance.\nImproved delivery consistency and scalability across the GTCC.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
