If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).\nThe Delivery Manager cum Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of technology projects while facilitating Agile/Scrum practices across development teams. The role combines delivery ownership, stakeholder management, Agile leadership, team coordination, risk management, and continuous improvement.\nThe individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Engineering Teams, QA, DevOps, and Program/Portfolio Management to ensure that projects are delivered with the expected scope, quality, timelines, and business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Delivery Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned applications, projects, products, or programs.\nDevelop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.\nTrack project progress against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nEnsure timely delivery of features and releases.\nIdentify delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive appropriate mitigation.\nCoordinate across development, testing, architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.\nEnsure effective resource allocation and capacity planning.\nMonitor delivery metrics and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.\nDrive release planning and production deployment readiness.\nEnsure appropriate governance and delivery processes are followed.\n2. Scrum Master Responsibilities\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including:\nDaily Stand-ups\nSprint Planning\nBacklog Refinement\nSprint Review/Demo\nSprint Retrospective\nEnsure the Scrum framework and Agile principles are effectively followed.\nRemove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity.\nWork with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is adequately prioritized and refined.\nFacilitate estimation and capacity planning.\nMonitor sprint progress and proactively identify potential delivery slippage.\nPromote self-organizing and cross-functional teams.\nEncourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and improvement actions.\nCoach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and ways of working.\nProtect the team from unnecessary external interruptions and scope changes.\nMetrics & Reporting\nTrack and communicate relevant Agile and delivery metrics, including:\nSprint velocity\nSprint predictability\nBurndown/Burnup\nRelease progress\nDefect trends\nEscaped defects\nCycle time\nLead time\nBlocked time\nTeam capacity\nPlanned vs. completed work\nDelivery forecast\nRisks and dependencies\nPrepare weekly/monthly delivery reports for leadership and customers.\nAgile & Project Management Skills\nMust Have\nScrum\nAgile methodology\nSprint planning\nRelease planning\nBacklog management\nEstimation\nCapacity planning\nDependency management\nRisk management\nStakeholder management\nConflict resolution\nDelivery governance\nPreferred Certifications\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)\nProfessional Scrum Master (PSM)\nSAFe certification\nPMP / PRINCE2\nPMI-ACP\nCertification is useful, but practical delivery experience should carry more weight than certification alone.\nTools\nExperience with:\nJira\nConfluence\nAzure DevOps\nMS Teams\nSharePoint\nMS Project\nPower BI / reporting tools\nGit/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket\nCI/CD tools\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
