If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).\nAs a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of the MX platform across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments.\nYou will play a key role in CI/CD implementation, infrastructure automation, environment management, and production reliability, working closely with development, QA, and client-facing teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. CI/CD & Release Engineering\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments\nEnsure pipeline stability, performance, and reliability, minimizing build failures and delays\nImplement automated build, packaging, and deployment processes\nEnforce version control best practices (branching strategies, tagging, artifact management)\nSupport release cycles, including validation, smoke testing, and rollback strategies\n2. Automation\nPlan & Code Templates stored in Git repositories alongside application code, allowing template updates to be version-controlled, code-reviewed, and tracked\nAutomate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades\nBuild reusable automation components to improve scalability and consistency\nReduce manual operations through process automation and scripting\n3. Environment & Platform Management\nDeploy and manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages\nHandle environment lifecycle:\nProvisioning\nConfiguration\nUpgrades & patching\nDecommissioning\nEnsure environments are standardized, reproducible, and compliant\nSupport multi-client and multi-environment setups in SaaS or hybrid models\n5. Monitoring, Observability & Reliability (SRE mindset)\nImplement and maintain:\nMonitoring\nLogging\nAlerting\nEnsure end-to-end observability of platforms and pipelines\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) on incidents\nContribute to improving system reliability, SLAs, and operational KPIs\n7. Data & Environment Operations\nManage environment data lifecycle:\nData provisioning\nData masking for non-prod environments\nData sampling and reduction\nSupport database operations:\nMigration\nSanitization\nReconciliation\nEnsure compliance with security and data governance requirements\n8. Incident & Support Management\nAct as a technical escalation point for environment and platform incidents\nTroubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, pipelines, and environments\nCoordinate with support and product teams for resolution\nEnsure proper documentation and knowledge sharing\n9. Collaboration & Delivery Enablement\nCollaborate with:\nDevelopment teams (integration into CI/CD pipelines)\nQA teams (test automation and environment consistency)\nProduct teams (release readiness and constraints)\nClient teams (technical coordination and delivery)\nContribute to smooth delivery across project lifecycle\n10.
