success.\nProgram & Delivery Leadership\nLead and deliver large-scale IT services programs across multiple technology domains, including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services. \nDevelop and oversee integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution and business outcomes. \nLead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across client, business, technology, operations, and delivery organizations to achieve program objectives. \nServe as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client executives, delivery leaders, and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and fostering strong partnerships. \nEstablish and drive program governance, including executive reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, change control, and escalation processes. \nMonitor program performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and delivery challenges while implementing corrective actions when necessary. \nLead program execution in complex, matrixed environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities, contractual commitments, and organizational goals. \nPartner with client leadership to align program strategies, priorities, and outcomes with the organization's mission, values, strategic objectives, standards.\nPeople Leadership & Team Management\nLead, develop, and manage a team of program managers, project managers, coordinators, and delivery professionals, fostering a high-performance, leaders.\nAlign team objectives, priorities, and performance expectations with client goals, organizational values, and strategic business outcomes.\nEstablish clear goals, accountability measures, challenges, and achieve successful business results.\nLead by example, reinforcing accountability, collaboration, integrity, customer focus, and a commitment to delivering value for both the organization and its clients.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs, portfolios, or technology delivery initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.(Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services)\n5+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing program, project, or delivery teams.\nProven expertise in program planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and coordinating multiple technical and operational workstreams.\nStrong background managing risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations.\nExperience partnering with executive, client, and delivery leadership stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.\nSkilled in developing executive presentations, status reporting, and governance communications.\nProficiency with program and project management methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes across complex programs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting healthcare clients or provider organizations is Highly preferred. \nPMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience managing Managed Services programs and digital transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Service Management domains.\nExperience leading enterprise-wide, multi-functional technology programs.\nProven track record driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nExperience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing resources across multiple locations.\nDemonstrated success building organizational capability, developing talent, and creating high-performing teams.\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $116,700 - $207,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
