Identify innovation opportunities leveraging cloud, AI, IoT, advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms.\nEnterprise Architecture & Solution Strategy\nDefine target-state enterprise architectures spanning applications, infrastructure, security, integration, data, and operations.\nLead architecture assessments, capability maturity evaluations, and transformation planning. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and reusable industry assets.\nWhat experience you'll bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or CTO-level advisory roles.\n8+ years supporting Energy & Utilities clients.\nProven experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.\nStrong understanding of utility business domains including:\nPower generation Transmission & distribution Smart grid Renewable energy Oil & gas operations Customer operations Field services Asset management\nDeep expertise across:\nEnterprise applications Cloud architecture Cybersecurity & Zero Trust Data & AI platforms Integration architectures Digital operations\nExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.\nExperience with modern engineering practices including DevSecOps and platform engineering.\nExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence C-level decision-making.
