The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions for financial services use cases such as banking, insurance, wealth management, or lending.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.\n\nDevelop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.\n\nConfigure and extend FSC capabilities such as Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Financial Holdings, Relationships, Household/Group structures, Interaction Summaries, and Action Plans.\n\nBuild integrations between Salesforce and external/core financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and other integration patterns.\n\nDevelop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing.\n\nConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, Flows, permission sets, and sharing rules.\n\nWork with Salesforce security and data-access models to ensure appropriate handling of customer and financial information.\n\nParticipate in requirements analysis, solution design, technical estimation, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nTroubleshoot application, integration, data, and performance-related issues.\n\nEnsure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices around governor limits, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\n\nSupport DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and Salesforce release-management processes.\n\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, product owners, and integration teams in an Agile delivery environment.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.\n\nStrong Salesforce development experience with:\nApex\n\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\n\nSOQL / SOSL\n\nSalesforce Flows\n\nTriggers and asynchronous Apex\n\nGood understanding of the FSC data model and financial-services-specific capabilities.\n\nExperience with FSC concepts including:\nPerson Accounts\n\nFinancial Accounts and Financial Holdings\n\nAccount-Contact Relationships\n\nHousehold/Group relationships\n\nInteraction Summaries\n\nAction Plans\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing framework, and governor limits.\n\nExperience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.\n\nExperience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud alongside FSC.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.\n\nStrong understanding of software engineering practices including unit testing, coding standards, code reviews, and version control.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in banking, insurance, wealth management, lending, or other financial services domains.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with core banking, policy administration, loan origination, payment, or customer master systems.\n\nExperience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.\n\nKnowledge of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, OAuth, and event-driven integrations.\n\nExperience with OmniStudio, particularly where used alongside FSC.\n\nUnderstanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.\n\nSalesforce certifications such as:\nSalesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud\n\nPlatform Developer I\n\nPlatform Developer II\n\nSalesforce Administrator\n\nJavaScript Developer I\n\nExperience\nTypically 4-8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on Financial Services Cloud experience, depending on role seniority.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
