Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nThe Enterprise Architect is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for leading the design of complex managed service solutions and driving the strategic vision and direction for the company’s largest enterprise clients.\nThis seasoned subject matter expert is accountable for creating the blueprint for managed service solutions and provides direction to clients and the industry at large as to where they should be driving their technology investments. \nThe Enterprise Architect brings together technological domain expertise and business acumen to design complex IT strategies and roadmaps in line with clients’ key business objectives, key performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreement (SLA).\nKey Responsibilities\nLeads the design of large and complex managed service solutions by driving services teams to provide client solutions that support business outcomes, integrating technology and service design across multiple domains, delivery units, or geographies.\nActs as the BFSI industry architecture lead, developing sector-specific transformation strategies, value propositions, and business roadmaps for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance clients.\nWorks closely with the sales team to proactively drive the presales process with clients. This includes conducting executive workshops, developing proposals, shaping opportunities, and delivering client presentations.\nShares responsibility for win strategy and translates clients' business strategy and desired business outcomes into a technology and transformation roadmap, positioning NTT DATA's end-to-end portfolio to deliver measurable business value.\nLeads complex solution design engagements and supports internal service and technical teams in mapping business requirements to business outcomes.\nIntegrates services, processes, applications, data, and technology through a design process spanning multiple domains, delivery units, or geographies.\nEngages with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief Architects, and business executives to address business, regulatory, operational resilience, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and AI transformation challenges.\nDevelops business cases and end-to-end transformation roadmaps to optimize IT operations and measurable business value across multiple solution areas.\nInterprets, influences, and develops IT and digital transformation strategies and supports their execution.\nDefines architectural principles and applies them to influence architectural outcomes and governance frameworks.\nDevelops As-Is, Future Mode of Operation (FMO), and To-Be architectures, identifies gaps, and defines transition roadmaps.\nDesigns and implements end-to-end solutions, including managed services portfolios and lifecycle management solutions.\nSynthesizes market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and client strategic priorities into compelling value-driven solutions.\nDrives the development of BFSI-specific service offerings leveraging NTT DATA capabilities, Microsoft, AWS, and strategic technology partners.\nContributes to the NTT DATA knowledge base by sharing best practices, industry insights, and innovation across internal teams and clients.\nKnowledge and Attributes\nSeasoned Enterprise Architect capable of connecting business, technology, operations, and managed services across multiple domains and geographies.\nDeep knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including Banking, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets, and Financial Market Infrastructure organizations.\nStrong understanding of the BFSI regulatory landscape, including DORA, NIS2, AI Act, Operational Resilience, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Data Governance.\nExtensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, Service Management, and transformation consulting.\nStrong understanding of how technology solutions support business strategy and measurable outcomes.\nAbility to develop service transformation architectures covering investments, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and operating models.\nBroad understanding of infrastructure, applications, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, and managed services environments.\nStrong expertise in Information Security, Risk Management, and Quality Management principles.\nAdvanced knowledge of Information Architecture, Data Management, and Modelling techniques.\nExpertise in service delivery models, architecture frameworks, design thinking, operating models, and reference architectures.\nAbility to communicate credibly at executive level and influence strategic decision-making.\nFluency in English, Dutch and/or French\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nTOGAF certification strongly preferred.\nExpert knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, SOA or equivalent).\nCertification and strong knowledge of IT Service Management methodologies (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).\nScaled Agile certification is advantageous.\nCloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) are considered a strong asset.\nRequired Experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Technology Services environments.\nMinimum 10 years of experience within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.\nProven experience working with banks, insurers, payment providers, capital markets organizations, or financial market infrastructure institutions.\nDemonstrated experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex digital transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments.\nStrong experience in business development, opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and presales activities.\nExperience developing transformation roadmaps covering cloud, cybersecurity, workplace, data, AI, infrastructure, and managed services.\nExtensive experience integrating business requirements, industry standards, architecture principles, and technology solutions.\nStrong understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics
