The ideal candidate should possess:\nStrong understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, practices, and administrative guidelines.\nProven hands-on experience in a Global HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.\nExperience using enterprise HR platforms, HR case-management systems, workflow tools, and employee data-management processes.\nExperience in HR master data management and maintaining accurate employee records.\nStrong employee-service and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and commitment to data accuracy and quality.\nAbility to analyze operational issues, follow defined procedures and controls, and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.\nGood organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet defined deadlines and SLAs.\nAbility to work independently within established guidelines while collaborating effectively in a team environment.\nExperience supporting stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience\nGraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university;
