# HR Operations & Admin Analyst

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Admin Analyst with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience to support global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a Global HR Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate will: Deliver high-quality HR operational support across employee lifecycle processes for multiple regions, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee and stakeholder experience. Execute HR operations and administration activities in accordance with defined standard operating procedures (SOPs), service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and applicable global and local requirements. Handle moderately complex HR transactions and employee or manager queries, escalating exceptions or policy-sensitive matters through the appropriate channels when required. Contribute to process improvement, automation, knowledge management, and overall team effectiveness, while providing guidance to less experienced team members as appropriate.
